Just got back from Atlantis and what a trip. We kicked things off with Federico and Mery from the marketing team, then spent some quality time with stakeholders from pretty much every corner of the resort, joined by the Verb Interactive crew, a lovable band of Canadian misfits with seriously good design instincts. Lots of great conversations, lots of laughs, and the kind of cross-department hang that doesn't happen often enough.

The crown jewel of the trip, though, was the property tour, hosted by none other than Koolaid himself. In 15 years of bouncing around Atlantis, I'm not sure I've met anyone who knows the island better. The man has done every job there is to do on that property, and it shows. He reads a crowd like a stand-up, tells stories like he was there for all of them (because he probably was), and somehow kept the energy cranked all the way up from the first stop to the last. Huge thanks to Koolaid for setting the vibe and making the whole thing feel less like a tour and more like a really good time with a friend who happens to run the place.
